DESCRIPTION:Liverpool Music Week is billed as the UK's largest indoor 
 winter music festival and will be staging over 80 events, across 26 ve
 nues and will play host to over 250 live bands. The festival format is
  a combination of ticketed shows and free shows, with artists includin
 g the UK's biggest live acts as well as new emerging talent.\n\nKickin
 g off this year's festival will be Reverend And The Makers, and The En
 emy are also confirmed as are headliners Kasabian who will be performi
