a handful of grated cheese
stir fry oil
other ingredients on students personal choice i.e. ham ect…

Method

1. First put a frying pan on high heat on the hobs and add a glob of stir fry oil or olive oil.

2.     In a bowl crack 3 eggs and add the cheese and batter into a thick and lumpy mixture. (This is where you could add other ingredients such as ham slices)

3. pour the mixture into pan and cook but keep poking the side so the bottom isn't stuck to the pan (use a spoon not your fingers) once golden on the bottom you can add more ingredients such as more ham or tomatoes.

4. then stick it under the grill to finish cooking the omlette because this is quite a thick thing and it may not be quite cooked on the top yet.

5.     Once golden again you can add ingredients but this is where you spoon a side over to form the half moon shape and place it on a plate. Serve with salad if you're healthy

one egg
1/2 pint of milk
4oz flour
butter

2. Get a NON-STICK (very important) frying pan on a low heat. Melt a small amount of butter into this pan and move around until the bottom of the pan is covered.

3. Pour in enough mix to cover the bottom of the pan. Be sure to mix in with the butter as this adds some flavour.

4. When the edges begin to go light brown, shake the pan side to side until the pancake becomes loose. Flip the pancake and continue to cook until both sides are cooked according to taste!

5. Top with a dash of lemon and some sugar!!

Pita Pizzas

other toppings of choice
