Liverpool University Top Ten By Casey

.The new Bluu Bar has got fantastic food but you may want to take a good book with you! The queues are a little bit ridiculous, but kind of worth it once your belly is full!

.I went to Bulletproof the other day, and I am sure that I saw my grand mothers wedding dress hanging up! This shop is amazing, a funky retro 70's shop...I didn't realise how styly she was in her hay day!!

.If you are into clubbing, Liverpool is the place to come!A place to be seen is the Masque, which was started by 3 students about 4 years ago. Full of all the 'beautiful people' of Liverpool! Also has wicked DJ's playing too!

.If you fancy cheap and cheerful food, then go to the Everyman Bistro on Hope Street, the food is moderately priced and the food is healthy!

.If spicy food is your thang! Then make sure you pay The Tavern Company on Smithdown Road a visit. It is a yummy Mexican restaurant loved by students, including moi!!

.The Everyman, Hope Street is one of the most student friendly areas! It is renowned for starting the careers of a few Liverpudlian actors!

.Monday Markets are great for new and used books, wall hangings and plants and collectors items.

.The Pilgrim offers fairly cheap beer and pretty average grub if you are into eating when you are drinking!! I never remember!!

.L'agos is definately the star bar! Really cheap drinkies, cool decor, great soulfull music and a good mix of students and locals!

.The sports centre, which has a swimming pool, four sqauh courts, sunbeds etc...it is actaully a nice place to go just to chill out, and even if there are always people around, you can sink off into your own space.
